Decatur WatchFest 2026 — How to Watch World Cup Matches Free in Atlanta
No stadium ticket? You can still watch every match.
Decatur WatchFest 26 is a free 34-day outdoor festival organized by the City of Decatur. It runs June 11 through July 19 — the full length of the tournament — at Decatur Square in downtown Decatur.
What's There
- Free outdoor match screenings every day of the tournament
- Live concerts — The Stews on June 15, Her Majesty's Request on June 30
- Indoor WatchSpots at local restaurants, pubs, and breweries
- Open container entertainment zone — drink as you move between venues
Wave 1 concert tickets are sold out. Sign up for Wave 2 alerts at decaturwatchfest26.com
Getting There by MARTA
Decatur Station is directly below Decatur Square — exit the train and you're at the festival.
- From SEC District Station: Blue Line eastbound, 7 stops, 12 minutes, $2.50
- From Five Points: Blue or Green Line eastbound, 5 stops
Decatur also has two downtown hotels and is a strong base for visitors wanting a quieter, more local alternative to downtown Atlanta — still fully connected to the stadium by MARTA.
